Mr. Boyle is the C.E.O of ERGO PARTNERS, responsible for the management of over $120 billion assets (as at 30th Novemeber, 2019). Mr. Boyle has been involved in all phases of ERGO PARTNERS development since it's establishment in 1999. Mr. Boyle is also responsible for all aspects of the business, senior leadership development and succession planning, defining and reinforcing ERGO PARTNERS vision and culture, and engaging relationships with key strategic clients, industry leaders, regulators and policy makers.
Mr. Taylor began his professional career 24 years ago. Today, he is the Chief Financial Officer of all ERGO PARTNERS financial operations. Mr. Taylor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day global business of the firm and ensuring the firm's concerns, including its investments, client, risk and technology functions have the necessary connectivity, connection and operating processes. Mr. Taylor possesses an MBA from The University of Chicago and is an Alumni of Harvard Business School.
Mrs. Kindler graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in economics. She joined ERGO PARTNERS immediately after graduating and has worked her way up the ladder since she moved from her hometown of Boston to Seattle, WA. Mrs. Kindler has extensive work experience in business operations, sales and marketing including brand development and strategy and presently serves as ERGO PARTNERS Chief Marketing Officer.
As VP in Communications, Mr. Eriksson leads all aspects of ERGO PARTNERS communication channels and investors relations. Mr. Eriksson is responsible for strategy development, public relations, manage advertising campaigns, improve brand awareness, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. He is also in charge of establishing metrics and measurement plans to monitor the effectiveness of corporate communications, leverage data and market research to predict budget needs, and provide proactive and reactive advice.
Mr. Cedrick is the Vice President of Strategy at ERGO PARTNERS. Mr. Cedrick has over a decade's worth of experience in the investment industry, with previous positions as a Mutual Fund Administration Manager and Assistant Manager of Compliance & Control. He possesses a deep understanding of delegating and reviewing market search. On a large scale, Mr. Cedrick has also helped with regulatory filings and compliance issues, and is experienced in developing compliance procedures manuals and programs for new offshore funds and trusts. Mr. Cedrick attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Mr. Croxford is Chief Technology Officer for ERGO PARTNERS. In 1989, Mr. Croxford earned his Bc degree in computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Beta Sigma chapter. The following year he received a Master of Science degree in computer engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He later returned to Carnegie Mellon, where he received a Ph.D. in computer engineering in 1994 with thesis titled Application-transparent fault management under the supervision of Zary Segall. Mr. Croxford chairs the technological interests of the firm and is responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs.
Mrs. Khurana is currently the Chief Legal Officer and is a member of the firm's Management Committee. Before joining the team at ERGO PARTNERS in 2018, Mrs. Khurana practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where she focused on litigation, investigations and antitrust matters. Mrs. Khurana received a BA in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Yale University, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD, summa cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review.
Mr. Thayer is Director of Finance and Investment at ERGO PARTNERS. Mr. Thayer is also a member of the firm's Legal community, and mainly focuses on private equity and credit. Before joining ERGO PARTNERS, Mr. Thaver worked for the Dubai Government's direct investment / private equity arm. Previously, Mr. Thayer was at Monitor Group's Boston and London offices. Mr. Thayer received a Master's degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.
The Right Honourable Charles Halaby is a member of the board of directors of our general partner. He was appointed to the board on 12 September 2006 and became Chairman of the Board on December 31, 2013. Mr. Halaby is an experienced finance executive and he has significant experience of both retail financial and insurance services and also graduated from Smith College where he received an M.B.A. from University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
Mrs. Flynn is Head of ERGO PARTNERS' Wealth Advisory business. Using a consultative process, Danielle gleans information about the client's wants and specific situation, then tailors a personalized strategy that uses a range of financial products and services. She is responsible for leading ERGO PARTNERS' relationships with wealth management firms and platforms, for distributing the firms alpha-seeking investment capabilities and for the adoption of ERGO PARTNERS' portfolio construction and digital wealth technologies to financial investors. Mrs. Flynn has a degree in Economics from Chalmers University of Technology and a Master's degree in business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Mrs. Stursberg is the Global advisory specialist that helps with the firm's business communications and focus on helping clients achieve major business objectives, manage their reputations and enhance stakeholder value. Mrs. Stursberg qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990, following which she worked in structured finance for five years before moving into equity derivatives. In 2020, she was once named as the Asset Management Industry Leader of the Year for 2020. Mrs. Stursberg graduated in 1987 from the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) First Class in International History & Politics.
Mr. Breyer is the current Head of Client Experience for ERGO PARTNERS. Prior to joining ERGO PARTNERS, Jackson Breyer served as the Director of Analytics at a financial technology start-up, where he led the development of advanced analytics algorithms. Mr. Breyer attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
